Back Day

Today we took progress videos of our backs! It was fun and exciting to see the progress I'll post the first half of our routine up soon.

Nutritional Goals

Eat good carbs in the morning.
Increase proteins intake via shakes to 150 grams a day.

Increase intake via meals via turkey and chicken, lean meats, eggs, and quinoa.
A good smart carb is a sweet potatoe, I prefer Korean, they are harder to find but delicious and need no extra additives. 

Will try and post some fav recipes soon.

In the beginning

My wife and I have been trying to get in shape for the past couple of months since June. I am always wondering about routines, what works, what doesn't, and I've learned a lot of "Gym Science". So, I thought I'd start to document my journey. Discuss supplements and routines that I have found that work we'll for me.  Post pictures and good deals on products when they become available.
